Project Manager (For a Well-Established Machinery Group of Company)

Job Descriptions

Lead project planning sessions and define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Prepare detailed project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
Communicate with government agencies, contractors, and suppliers to align on project requirements.
Oversee the project’s day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to the schedule and budget.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct regular project status updates and reports for stakeholders.
Manage and resolve any project-related issues or escalations promptly.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or construction or other related fields.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
Budgeting and scheduling expertise.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and negotiation skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
Proficiency in project management software.
