Production Supervisor (For an Animal Feed Production)

Job Descriptions

Accomplishes manufacturing staff results planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Develops and/or monitors the relevant KPI’s to maintain an insight in the performance of production in the assigned area against the set targets, and to make recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitors established performance indicators, including variance reports, production reports, quality reports, and injury reports.
Assures that all activities and operations are executed in line with HSE / Quality rules, regulations, procedures, instructions, guidelines, and promotes awareness thereof, including addressing anomalies to others.
Ensures compliance with safety rules and regulations to minimize industrial injuries and meet regulatory requirements.
Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data; answering questions and responding to requests.

Requirements

Graduate degree in engineering, operations or project management type of qualification.
Must have over 4-5 years experience in Production field.
Individual with supervisory experience in a manufacturing/processing environment.
Strong computer skills and the ability to have or obtain knowledge of local and federal regulation and ordinances will be critical.
