• Source construction materials both Local & Overseas by identifying and evaluating reliable suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to meet project requirements.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to avoid project delays.
• Coordinate with project and site teams to align procurement with construction timelines and budget.

Job Requirements

• Any Graduate
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Preferably in Construction Materials, Interior Decoration materials both Archi and MEP Fixtures or related industry.
• English and Chinese is preferable.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and cost analysis skills.

Other Information

• Salary: MMK 1,800,000 ~ 2,200,000 + Meal & Other Allowances Provided
• Working Time: 44 hours per week
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
• Working Location: Kamayut Township, Yangon.
