Procurement Director (For a Leading Group of Companies)

Requirements

Any Degree holder
Minimum 10 ~ 15 years in Procurement and Logistics Field
Minimum 7 years experience in managerial positions
Able to manage all departmental responsibility for the procurement function, including inbound shipment and Guide and provide procurement (Oversea & Local supplier sourcing) related strategic and operational support and guidance to the organization
Able to develop and maintain necessary procurement (Oversea & Local supplier sourcing) tracking databases including but not limited to supplier’s database and implement management system of procurement contracts
Experience in government tender project
Excellent communication in English (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills
