Responsibilities
- Oversee daily seafood processing operations from raw material intake to finished products.
- Manage production schedules to ensure timely output and delivery.
- Allocate labor, equipment, and materials effectively to meet production goals.
- Enforce work schedules, safety procedures and hygiene protocols.
- Conduct regular staff performance evaluations and provide feedback.
- Implement and monitor quality standards and food safety regulations.
- Conduct inspections to maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams for product testing and improvement.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and logistics teams.
- Identify areas for operational improvement and recommend practical solutions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Minimum 7 years experience in seafood processing or food manufacturing with at least 4 years in managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, FDA, GMP and other food safety and quality standards.
- Proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a cold, fast-paced production environment.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 1,500,000 (Accommodation, Ferry & Duty Meal Provided)
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
- Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Hlaing Thar Yar Township, Yangon.
