Responsibilities

1. Identify areas for drivers’ KPI improvement
2. Evaluate the driver service experience
3. Develop and maintain excellent relations with new and existing drivers resulting in increased total online driver, active driver and completed jobs
4. Design campaigns to win back, reward and retain drivers
5. Create a content strategy on a variety of platforms including websites, blogs and social media to expand a company’s communications in a way that achieves certain goals like traffic or product adoption
6. Develop and manage communications requests/campaigns and delivery with detail oriented, responsible, able to work under pressure and under deadlines
7. Utilize effective communication tools and medium (in-app, SMS, social media, blog, etc.) for publishing communications/campaigns
8. Work closely with the creative team to ensure effective communication
9. Also, work closely with the driver community team and other departments (Creative, Operations, Marketing) to ensure tasks are on points to business needs for minimizing risk of misunderstanding
10. Support local strategic projects and communication needs for different projects (ad-hoc or otherwise)
11. Crafting clear and well-written messages quickly which are delivered clear and impactful
12. Analyze campaign and content performance on feed and be able to identify solutions on how to improve upon

Job Requirements

1. Having experience as a hands-on content writer with education background from Marketing, Creative, Journalism & Communication, or any related field (New grads are also welcome )
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both Burmese and English)
3. Critical thinking and own opinions to help business move forward in a fast-paced environment
4. Enjoy working as part of a team
5. Start-up attitudes! – willing to work hard to get things done
6. Willing to take responsibility and be accountable

Other Information

1. Salary: 500,000 MMK
2. Working Days: Monday to Friday (9AM to 6PM)
3. Working Location: Tamwe Township, Yangon
