Job Description
We are looking for a passionate personal assistant for our Executive Director and his family.
Responsibilities
- To Assist Executive Director and his family to handle daily tasks
- To conduct personal matters of Executive Directors and his family when required
- To carry out duties assigned by Executive Director and his family
- Performs purchasing Executive Directors and his family’s requirements
Job Requirements
- Any Graduate
- At least 1-3 years of related experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. (Chinese Mandarin Proficiency will take advantageous)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Must be able to follow the instructions properly and accurately
- Confident and cheerful personnel
- Self-organized and rigorous team work capabilities
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Ability to sustain prolonged periods of concerted attention and work under pressure
- Great learner
Other Information
- Salary: 1,000,000 ~ 1,200,000 MMK
- Working Days: 5.5 days per week
- Working Location: Bahan Township, Yangon
