Personal Assistant (For a Foreign Construction & Property Company)

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as a liaison between senior management, departments, and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and edit PowerPoint presentations, reports, and briefing materials.
  • Accompany the executive on business trips, client visits, and official events.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support day-to-day management tasks, follow-ups, and documentation.

Requirements

  • Presentable, polite, and diplomatic in communication.
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Valid driving license and ability to travel frequently.
  • Smart and fast learner, able to handle multiple priorities independently.

Other Information

  • Salary: MMK 1,500,000
  • Working Day: 5 days per week
  • Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Off Days: 2 days off per week
  • Working Location: South Okkalapa Township, Yangon.
