Parts Administrator ( USD 300 -350 )

Responsibilities:
•Place orders to agreed levels with factories, adopting a common-sense approach to quantities ordered
•Monitor receipt, order progress and scheduling with factories
•Ensure arrival date data is maintained accurately and promptly to allow the business to provide a first class service to customers, dealing with any discrepancies in orders and shipments
•Arrange and co-ordinate shipment by air, road and sea into Parts Warehouse
•Plan and maintain goods-in delivery schedule for  Parts Warehouse
•Deal with any supply-related queries, including discontinued and superseded parts, liaising with Technical to ensure alternatives are provided
•Resolve any queries with factories regarding delivery discrepancies, damages, late arrivals and missing deliveries
•Ensure payment schedules are adhered to and prepared for Finance
•Resolve any invoicing discrepancies promptly
•Maintain accurate levels of stock, including co-ordination and process of stock takes and Parts Warehouse
•Provide a forward forecast to Finance of projected expenditure
•Data maintenance of stock records
•Regular attendance at supplier meetings to assist in improving processes
Requirements
•Excellent communication skills at all levels, both verbal and written
•High level of accuracy
•Attention to detail
•Good organizational skills
•Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
•Continuous improvement to work processes
•A common sense approach to order processing
