Sales & Customer Service
-Responsible for generating new business: proactive lead generation and reactive selling
– Handling leads and converting prospects into customers and managing the whole sales process (from enquiry handling & office viewings to closing the sales)
-Meet or exceed the sales targets and calls/visits.
-Preparing quotes, contracts, invoices (coordinate with account team) and move‐in arrangements
-Managing advertising opportunities with press and media

Office Operations and Management
– Overall responsibility for office operations
– Establish and implement office policies, standards and procedures
– Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs
-Record keeping of expenditure and relevant data
– Budgeting and reporting

Human Resources
Assign and monitor clerical and secretarial functions
– Supervise and evaluate staff performance
– Recruiting, selecting, orientation and training

– Effective verbal and communications skills in English at Upper Level
-Any degree holder and/or diploma holder, preferably in Business Management Field
– 1 to 2 years’ experience working in culturally diverse environment
– Courteous manner and positive attitude
– Proactive and ability to work well either alone or as part of a team
– Good computer skills such as MS Office suite and social media
– Good communication and social skills with others
