Responsibilities

  • Understand and assess Gold shop and goldsmith business workflows.
  • Customize Odoo modules to cater to specific needs of Gold shop and goldsmith management.
  • Implement efficient inventory control for various precious metals and jewelry items.
  • Enhance point of sale (POS) operations with focus on gold pricing, weight calculations, and customer interactions.
  • Configure CRM functionalities to manage client relationships and orders effectively.
  • Integrate accounting modules to ensure accurate financial tracking for gold transactions.
  • Train staff on optimized utilization of Odoo applications for Gold shop and goldsmith functions.
  • Address functional challenges and troubleshoot system issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for any required custom developments.
  • Stay updated with Odoo advancements and industry trends for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in project management tasks and ensure timely deliverables.
  • Support requirement analysis, gap identification, and solution design phases.
  • Document configurations, customizations, and user guidelines comprehensively.
  • Conduct system testing and contribute to user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
  • Provide ongoing post-implementation support and user assistance.
  • Stay informed about evolving Gold industry regulations and best practices.
  • Contribute expertise in pre-sales discussions and client presentations.
  • Propose effective strategies for data migration during system transitions.
  • Proactively engage in creative problem-solving for process enhancements.
  • Foster growth of Odoo practice in Gold shop and goldsmith management domain.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
  • Minimum 3 ~ 5 years as Odoo Functional Consultant with focus on Gold shop and goldsmith operations.
  • In-depth understanding of Gold industry processes and goldsmith workflows.
  • Proficiency in configuring Odoo modules related to inventory, POS, CRM, and accounting.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Familiarity with data migration and integration strategies.

Other Information

  • Salary: 1,000,000 ~ 1,500,000 MMK
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Working Location: Tamwe Township, Yangon
