Merchant Sales Executive (For a Leading E-commerce Company)

Position Purpose
To strengthen digital payment roadmap of Trusty by on-boarding QR Merchants across Myanmar.

Job Descriptions

Identify Shops / business to on-board as Trusty QR Merchants.
Generate leads for potential QR merchants.
Build relationships and educate shop owners / Business on benefit of being Trusty QR Merchants and benefits of cashless society.
Meet Shop/Business owners for document collection for on-boarding.
Train shop/business owners on how to use Trusty QR productive inclusively and properly, including compliance and safety contents.
Support to the Merchants with QR marketing materials.
Closely work together with teams for identifying and onboarding merchants.
Act as a focal person for post on-boarding to resolve any issues and provide necessary service.
Understand timely communication of trade schemes and ensure to communicate it to CSEs and Merchants.
Work with the team to achieve sales targets.
Organize and lead the daily gate meeting with the team to brief and review the achievements.
Support trade marketing team for customers engagement activities, and merchant events etc.
Other ac-hoc duties.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Must have 3+ years relevant sales and marketing experiences in Distribution, Telecommunications, Financial Services or Retail Business.
Must be able to prepare sales reports in Microsoft Excel and other reports in Microsoft PowerPoint in English.
Proficiency Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and E-mail, etc).
Fluency in English is an advantage.
Able to travel.
Strong Teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
