Merchandiser_Retail (For a Local Group of Companies)

Job Descriptions

Ensure that stores are stocked with the right types and quantities of products at the right time.
Work and communicate with the warehouse team, inventory control team, and sales team.
Monitor store inventory based on sales and intake.
Recommendation for monthly Promotion with seasonal products.
Forecasting sales and profits, and planning budgets.
Weekly replenishment to stores & deposit counters.
Collaboration with supply chain & Logistics team for FDA application.
VM Order & VM merchandising (Ensuring that merchandise is displayed appropriately with proper signage and favorable shelf placement.).
Monitoring slow-moving items and ensuring that best-sellers meet their full potential.
Couching new merchandisers to conduct their merchandising tasks.
Execute merchandising strategy & deliver the process to juniors to conduct their tasks.
Monitoring and analyzing Digital and E-commerce sales data & operation processes.
Initiate, and organize the team to execute some merchandising processes to finish on time.

Requirements

Any bachelor’s degree holder.
Minimum 2 years experience in merchandising or other related fields.
Love to calculate the number & Strong logical thinking.
Strong Analytical Skills & Microsoft Skills (Advanced Excel level prefer).
Good at forecasting and paying attention to new and upcoming beauty trends/Fashion trends.
Good negotiating and influencing skills.
Ability to multi-task whilst working under pressure.
Ability to delegate; teamwork, motivational skills.
Good verbal and written communication and English skills.
