· To prepare a various reports for marketing department.
· Preparing, formatting and editing a range of documents.
· Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
· To Support the team in organizing various projects/events.
· To Assist in conducting market research and analyzing consumer rating reports/questionnaires.
· Maintaining a marketing database.
· Degree holder
. At least 2 years of working experience in Administration Support for Marketing Functions
. Effective written and verbal communication skill
· A high level of attention to detail
· Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
· Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
· Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
. Good organization skills.
