Requirements

Must be any graduate
At Least 3 years Marketing FMCG experience in related field
Appropriate defined level of sales & marketing knowledge
Ability to develop, strategies, business plan, new model of Marketing and implement short- and long-range goals
Employee development and performance management skills
Ability to investigate and analyze information and to draw conclusions
Ability to plan, organize, & implement a range of sales promotion programs and/or events
Should have well knowledge of email, internet
Good communication skills
