Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive growth and revenue for the company
- Manage and coordinate all marketing activities, including market research, branding, advertising, promotions, and public relations
- Create and implement marketing plans that align with company objectives
- Manage the company’s social media presence and online reputation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives are integrated into overall company objectives
- Monitor market trends, identify potential opportunities, and recommend strategies to increase market share
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences
- Analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Develop and manage the marketing budget
- Recruit, train, and manage the marketing team
- Report on marketing activities and results to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing management
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- More prefer in FMCG field experience
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Other Information
- Salary: 1,500,000 MMK + Ferry Provided
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (7AM to 4PM)
- Working Location: South Dagon Township, Yangon
