• Actively seeking out new sales and leasing opportunities through calling, networking and social media.
• Setting up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations to customers.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales management seniors.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Collaborate with team to achieve better results.

Requirements

• Any graduate and Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Age between 20 to 30 years old preferable
• Fluent in Burmese and fair in English/Chinese
• 2 years or more of marketing experience is an advantage
• Build-up networks and contacts in real estate industry

Other information

• Salary: Up to MMK 700,000
• Benefits: Life Insurance + OT
• Working Days: 5.5days a week (8:30 am to 5:30 pm)
• Off Days: Saturday (Half), Sunday & Public Holidays
• Working Location: Yankin Township, Yangon
