Responsibilities
- Work closely with cross departmental teams such as Marketing, Mex/Deliveries, Operations, and Customer Experience to ensure marketing campaigns are executed efficiently, accurately, and effectively.
- Set up consumer promotions and rewards using company’s database and systems.
- Develop creative and appropriate communications for the target audience through various channels such as In-App, Social Media, Email, Web, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) pages.
- Set up and oversee house ads/paid ads inside of the company app.
- Organize and coordinate company or partnership events.
- Work with vendors for delivery of marketing materials and assets for consumers and partners.
- Assist with localization and reviewing regional content including CRM communications and social impact campaigns.
- Use data to measure the effectiveness of promotions and leveraging insights to improve offers and drive business results.
- Provide insights on the local market, industry trends, and competitor activities to help revise and develop strategies that meet the constantly evolving business landscape.
- Ad-hoc related to B2B sales and marketing tasks assigned by the manager.
Requirements
- Any Graduate.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field.
- Good communication skill in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to rapid changes.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking skills.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 500,000 + Ferry Provided
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Off Day: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Tarmwe Township, Yangon.
