Job Descriptions
- Manage and arrange for subcontractors to deal with wide areas such as electrical wiring work, construction needs of the factory, outsourcing service e.g. generator service, air con services, transformer maintenance, lift services and other calibration services.
- Manage to inspect ceiling or floor tile, wall coverings, siding, glass, or woodwork to detect broken or damaged structures.
- Conduct Risk Assessment, Building Structure, M&E and others.
- Ensure that all staff working/dealing with hazardous material is protected and using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during working especially on hazardous work that requires PPE.
- Maintain liaison contact with the local government for the legalities of the factory involving, structures, M&E and other Local legal requirements.
- Inspecting the facility.
- Checking all electrical units of the factory.
- Manage the maintenance of the Generators for electricity.
- Maintain and ensures continues Electricity Supply in the factory.
- Ensures regular Water Supply in premises.
- Manage in monitoring air condition maintenance.
- Dormitory maintenance and other services.
- Ordering parts and equipment.
- Manage to record daily maintenance activity.
- Delegating work responsibilities.
- Hiring other maintenance professionals.
- Preparing work schedules and good planning relating to maintenance of the facilities.
- Other Electrical/Mechanical General Maintenance.
- Maintain all records relating to Equipment, Building Structure, M&E and Safety.
- Ensure safety of the whole factory and assures compliance of all with all State and Federal regulations including infection control, hazardous materials, fire safety, and building, electrical, and plumbing codes.
- Is responsible for managing & organizing fire drills and assuring that all fire safety equipment is in working order and it is inspected on a regular schedule by the appropriate services.
- Assures 24-hour availability of service for maintenance emergencies.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic).
- At least 10 years’ experience in related field.
- Computer literacy Microsoft 365.
- Must have Management Skills, Problem Solving Skills, and Communication Skills.
- Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills.

- Salary: MMK 1,500,000 ~ 1,800,000
- Working Days : Monday to Saturday (Ferry Provided)
