Logistics & Warehousing Executive (For a Foreign Interior Decoration Company)

Descriptions

Coordinate with oversea suppliers and manage the entire shipping process and transportation.
Managing the shipment progress and cargo arriving at the final destination.
Planning and scheduling the delivery of cargo.
Coordinate with third-party warehouse for cargo arriving and cargo issuing process.
Coordinate with the finance for all the payment process.
Maintain accurate record.
Reporting update to Project Team weekly.
Manage transportation to the warehouse, to sites, to office store.
Make prior budget each project and report to QS department.
Follow and control not over the budget.
Negotiate with the forwarders for the damage items and defects if needed.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree holder, Certificate in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Good knowledge and understanding of Logistics, Supply Chain Management.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail manage complex logistics workflows efficiently and effectively.
Highly motivate to work to grow.
Proficiency in English and Myanmar Language.
