Collaborating with clients and making business deals that are beneficial for the company.

Create financial models and business presentations for investors and clients.

Carry day-to-day responsibilities as is required by the Leasing Team.
Requirements

Any graduate.
-
Must have 2 years’ experience in relevant field (More prefers in real estate background).

Financial modeling, business exquisite presentation and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in English & Chinese. (More prefers in Chinese Speaking).

Have a good customer service, prospecting Skills, negotiation & Self-confidence.
-
Well-versed in marketing and sales techniques.
-
Customer-focused approach.
Other information
- Salary: Negotiable
- Working Days: 6 days a week ( 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
- Off Days: Off day with Duty Roaster
- Working Location: Yankin Township, Yangon
