Key Responsibilities
- Translate and interpret accurately between Korean and Myanmar languages during meetings, calls, and site visits.
- Assist the Leasing Manager in communicating with Korean property owners, tenants, and agents.
- Translate leasing-related documents, agreements, notices, and correspondences as required.
- Support communication on maintenance issues, contract terms, rent discussions, and property management updates.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive company and client information.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the leasing team when necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Korean Language, TOPIK Level-6, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Korean and Myanmar (both written and spoken).
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a translator or interpreter, preferably in a business or property-related environment.
- Good understanding of real estate or leasing terms is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 1,200,000
- Working Day: Monday to Saturday Half Day
- Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Off Days: Saturday Half Day, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: South Okkalapa Township, Yangon.
