Korean Interpreter (For a Foreign Construction & Property Company)

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate and interpret accurately between Korean and Myanmar languages during meetings, calls, and site visits.
  • Assist the Leasing Manager in communicating with Korean property owners, tenants, and agents.
  • Translate leasing-related documents, agreements, notices, and correspondences as required.
  • Support communication on maintenance issues, contract terms, rent discussions, and property management updates.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive company and client information.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the leasing team when necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Korean Language, TOPIK Level-6, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Korean and Myanmar (both written and spoken).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a translator or interpreter, preferably in a business or property-related environment.
  • Good understanding of real estate or leasing terms is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Other Information

  • Salary: MMK 1,200,000
  • Working Day: Monday to Saturday Half Day
  • Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Off Days: Saturday Half Day, Sunday & Public Holidays
  • Working Location: South Okkalapa Township, Yangon.
