Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact or support account manager for assigned clients, ensuring strong, trust-based relationships.
- Understand client goals, challenges, and industries to provide strategic counsel and solutions.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets from briefing through execution and reporting.
- Coordinate across internal teams (creative, strategy, media, production) to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Assist or lead client meetings, presentations, and status updates.
- Monitor campaign performance and assist in reporting insights and recommendations.
- Proactively identify opportunities to grow existing accounts or improve service delivery.
- Support new business efforts by participating in pitch preparation and presentations when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an account management or client-facing role within an agency setting (IMC, advertising, digital, or PR preferred).
- Strong project management and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Familiarity with marketing disciplines including branding, digital, media, content, and PR.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 1,000,000
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (9:30 AM ~ 5:30 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Bahan Township, Yangon.
