- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service
- Ensuring that clients receive prompt responses to queries or complaints
- Following up with clients to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the service provided
- Planning, organizing, and conducting business meetings and events such as conferences, seminars, and workshops
- Preparing reports on client activities, such as summarizing results of surveys or summarizing client feedback
- Coordinating with other departments in the company to ensure that clients receive consistent and high quality service
- Responding to client inquiries via phone calls, emails, or letters to provide information about products or services offered by the company
- Collecting information about client needs and preferences to develop strategies for increasing sales opportunities
- Providing administrative support to executive management by performing tasks such as scheduling appointments and arranging conference calls
Requirements
- Any graduate, Customer Service training
- Minimum 2 years experience in related field
- Must have Communication skills, Problem-solving skills, Empathy and compassion, Organizational skills and Time management
Other Information
- Salary: 500,000 ~ 700,000 MMK
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (9:30AM to 5:30PM)
- Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Botahtaung Township, Yangon
