Descriptions
- Manage Inward or Outward Correspondence and Letters.
- Answering phone calls in professional manner and reply by email if inquiry is by email.
- Maintain Attendance Records.
- Make Data Entry accurately and filling.
- Report the assigned tasks to the senior according to the schedule.
- Support Front Office Tasks as necessary.
- Handle the ad hoc task assigned by the senior.
Requirements
- Any Bachelor’s degree.
- Certificate or Training in Customer Service.
- Basic Computer Skills and ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good communication skills and Teamwork.
- Positive, active, cooperative attitude, and work respectfully and professionally.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 400,000 + Ferry Provided + Other Allowances
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sundays & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Thilawa Special Economic Zone.
