Responsibilities
- Handle customers’ inquiries and complaints
- Sharing information with customers and collecting information from customers
- Coordinate with internal departments
- Report to the Related Officers and Team Leader monthly/ daily basic
- Prepare individual goals & action plans
Requirements
- Any Graduate from University with a relevant customer service training certificate
- Ability to communicate in English
- Good Computer Skills and ability to use Microsoft Office and Excel
- Good oral and written communication skills, presentation skills, decision-making skills, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interact in a positive manner with internal contacts and external contacts
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality

- Salary: Negotiable + Ferry Provided
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working Location: Thilawa
