Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the effective sales strategies and targets for team
- Conducting the group Proposal and Quotation preparation
- Briefing and presenting the insurance products to both local and foreign corporate customers
- Encourage weekly and monthly performance for team members
- Calculate and manage annual, also monthly sales report in accordance with the annual premium
- Liaise with other internal departments (like underwriting, claims, finance, etc..) as necessary
- Manage and support the operation for renewal process, premium refund and IN-OUT process
- Ensure the referral fee payment process for partnership companies
- Handle the reject claim section, check the claim amount, also provide the claims service to customers
- The overall admin related processes and other internal processes providing with appropriate procedures and guidelines.
Requirements
- Graduate with descent Pass percentage
- JLPT N2 and Above
- Should Speak/Read/Write English and Japanese
- Minimum 8 years working experience and Preferably in Sales and Financial Products is an advantage.
- People from Institutional Sales background preferred
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Other Information
- Salary: Attractive Salary + Performance Incentives
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Yangon.
