B2B Sales Manager (For an Int’l Insurance Company)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the effective sales strategies and targets for team
  • Conducting the group Proposal and Quotation preparation
  • Briefing and presenting the insurance products to both local and foreign corporate customers
  • Encourage weekly and monthly performance for team members
  • Calculate and manage annual, also monthly sales report in accordance with the annual premium
  • Liaise with other internal departments (like underwriting, claims, finance, etc..) as necessary
  • Manage and support the operation for renewal process, premium refund and IN-OUT process
  • Ensure the referral fee payment process for partnership companies
  • Handle the reject claim section, check the claim amount, also provide the claims service to customers
  • The overall admin related processes and other internal processes providing with appropriate procedures and guidelines.

Requirements

  • Graduate with descent Pass percentage
  • JLPT N2 and Above
  • Should Speak/Read/Write English and Japanese
  • Minimum 8 years working experience and Preferably in Sales and Financial Products is an advantage.
  • People from Institutional Sales background preferred
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Other Information

  • Salary: Attractive Salary + Performance Incentives
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM)
  • Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
  • Working Location: Yangon.
