Job Descriptions
- Diagnose and resolve issues including performance problems, hardware failures.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems (e.g., Windows) and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, browsers, PDF and necessary software).
- Ensure license compliance and proper documentation for installed applications.
- Install and configure network and local printers.
- Manage shared folders on NAS devices including create folder and removal.
- Assist with installation and setup of CCTV cameras and network video recorders (NVRs).
- Monitor system health and storage capacity.
- Troubleshoot connectivity and recording issues.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
- Strong understanding of Windows OS, basic networking, and file permissions.
- Hands-on experience with NAS systems, CCTV hardware/software, and office hardware.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 600,000
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Insein Township, Yangon.
