Descriptions

• Support technical issues on LANs, WANs, and other systems.
• Administer CCTV and provide end-user assistance.
• Provide technical support for computer system, network, and software issues.
• Network copier solution and End user support.
• Manage and collaborate with outsourced service providers.
• Provide user support with phone, remote software for other sites.
• Provide software, antivirus installation, and configuration.
• Deliver windows, office installation, email configuration.
• Maintain and update antivirus programs and prevent viruses to office resources.
• Maintain current list of IT inventory, filling the IT item damage report.
• Analyze and recommend optimal solutions for any new problem.
• Responsible for maintaining, repairing, and replacing computer hardware, software, and peripherals as needed.

Requirements

• Any Graduated.
• IT professional Certificate in hardware and network engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, tools and networking concepts.
• Ability and desire to learn new things.
• Strong technical knowledge.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrates positive personality, team spirit, good work ethics, and motivation.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Other Information

• Salary: MMK 400,000 ~ 500,000 + Attendance & Performance Bonus (2 times per year)
• Working Days: 6 days per week (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
• Off Days: Sunday (or) Monday (Alternate) & Public Holidays
• Working Location: Gabaraye Pagoda Road, Mayangone Township, Yangon.
