Requirements

• Degree in IT related
• At least 7 years of solid experience in software development with minimum 3 years experience as Team Lead or Manager level
• Proficiency in Git and Code Review support tools.
• Experience working with Kafka, RabbitMQ, and NATS messaging systems.
• At least 3 years of experience working in Microservices systems.
• Knowledge of DDD and design patterns used in Microservices.
• Understand and have experience working with Protobuf and gRPC
• Able to manager a team of software developers and closely monitor the team performance.
• Proficient in English and Myanmar Language is a must
• Possess good interpersonal and leadership skills
