Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies that improve user experience, conversion rate, and customer retention.
- Create a clear roadmap for website, mobile app, and back-end system improvements.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking, customer journey mapping, and market trend analysis to identify product opportunities.
- Lead end-to-end software product lifecycle — from ideation, design, and development to launch and iteration.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, data analysts, and QA teams to build scalable and user-friendly e-commerce solutions.
- Prioritize product backlog, manage sprints, and ensure timely delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Implement A/B testing and analytics to continuously improve customer engagement and conversion.
- Communicate product vision, updates, and results to senior management.
- Define and monitor key metrics such as traffic growth, conversion rate, cart abandonment, and average order value (AOV).
- Ensure integration with ERP, CRM, logistics, and inventory management systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Product Manager, preferably in e-commerce, digital marketplace, or SaaS platforms.
- Proven record of launching and managing web or mobile e-commerce products.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce systems (product catalog, payment gateway, order management, logistics integration).
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Figma, Google Analytics, and SQL.

- Salary: MMK 3,000,000 ~ 4,000,000 + Ferry Provided
- Working Days: Monday to Friday, Saturday (Alternate)
- Working Hours: 8:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM
- Off Days: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: South Dagon Township, Yangon.
