IT Helpdesk Service Technician (For an Engineering Japanese Company)

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Provide first level contact and support resolutions to the user issues.
  • Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
  • Walk users step-by-step through the problem-solving process.
  • Support with troubleshooting hardware and software.
  • Follow up with users to ensure satisfactory service.

Requirements

  • Any Degree or related education
  • Experience working as an IT helpdesk technician or in a similar role.
    (no need much experience)
  • Written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve a variety of technical issues.

Other Information

  • Salary: MMK 500,000 ~ 800,000
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM)
  • Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
  • Working Location: MICT Park, Hlaing Township, Yangon.
