Requirements
- Any Degree Holder.
- At least 7 years of working experiences in HR field with minimum 5 years in Managerial level.
- Possess working experience with international Corporations and/or Large Local group of companies.
- Able to Build effective relationships with Entity heads and heads of departments, providing guidance and coaching on employee relations, performance and development issues.
- Able to develop, review and enhance HR policies, processes and procedures for the attraction, motivation, and retention of staff.
- Able to develop, implement and conduct employee orientation and training program.
- Able to recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements.
- Broad knowledge and experience in employment laws and practices.
- Able to communicate effectively in both Myanmar and English languages.
- Possesses an excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Other information
- Salary : MMK 1,800,000 ~ 2,300,000
- Working Days: 5.5 working days per week (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM) & (Half Saturday)
- Working Location: Bahan Township; Yangon (Office located near bus stop)
