Human Resource Development Executive (For a FMCG Manufacturing Company)

Responsibilities

  1. Design and implement training and development programs that align with the organization’s goals and objectives

  2. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements

  3. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention

  4. Create policies and procedures to ensure effective human resource management

  5. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

  6. Conduct regular employee performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to employees

  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of HRD initiatives with overall organizational strategy

  8. Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, discipline, and termination procedures

  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HRD

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field

  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRD or related field

  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  4. Excellent organizational and project management skills

  5. Knowledge of HR laws and regulations

  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  7. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software

Other Information

  1. Salary: 700,000 MMK + Ferry Provided
  2. Working Days: Monday to Saturday (7AM to 4PM)
  3. Working Location: South Dagon Township, Yangon
