Requirements
- Any bachelor degree holder and HR Diploma.
- Minimum 3 years experience in related field.
- Able to communicate well with all position levels.
- Knowledge of HR functions.
- Assisting performance management processes.
- Coordinate the recruitment process with all departments.
- Effectively run monthly payroll for all employees and assist the Salary Review.
- Provide and assist in developing human resource plans.
- Have strong communication with Government Office.
- Good negotiation skills, problem solving skills, communication & interpersonal skills and team work.
Other information
- Salary: MMK 500,000
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (8:30 AM ~ 4:30 PM)
- Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Shwe Pyi Thar Township, Yangon
