Job Descriptions
- Deal with Government office such as labor office for employment contract or other submission as necessary.
- Handle full set of payroll process (checking attendance, leave, overtime and other allowances) including SSB and Income Tax).
- Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment salary slip, Annual leave encashment.
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
- To collect the data of training needs in each team requirement and Coordinate training sessions.
- Arranging for annual medical check Up & seasonal flu shot and other required health care process.
- Prepare salary related data and other HR related matter requested by Audit team.
Requirements
- Any Bachelor Degree.
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Management.
- Must have experience 3 years.
- Through knowledge of social security law & any laws related to payment of salary knowledge of payroll information requires and payroll experiences.
- Proficient in Microsoft office and ability to process functions and formulas in Microsoft excel.
- Proficient in both English & Myanmar languages with strong written & verbal skills.
Other information
- Salary: MMK 600,000 (Ferry provided)
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Thingangyun Township, Yangon
