Take regular records of factory staff’s daily attendance and monitor their performance.

Coordinate with HR Manager in staff recruiting and selection process.

Communicate with recruiting agents to schedule interviews.

Maintain and organize employee records on Company HR Database.

Prepare and conduct training sessions for both new hires and former employees as necessary.

Impose HR policies, rules & regulations and prepare notices from time to time as necessary.

Handle and report HR Manager for disciplinary actions and HR issues.
-
Regularly communicate with HR Manager and Head Accountant.

Performed other HR-related duties as required.
Requirements
- Any degree holder.
- At least 3-year experience in related field.
- Effective communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Courteous manner and positive attitude.
- Able to work well either alone or as part of a team.
- Selected candidate will be required to work in Hlaing Thar Yar Industrial Zone (transportation will be provided).
Other information
- Salary: Up to MMK 600,000 + Lunch provided
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (7:30 AM to 4:30 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Hlaing Thar Yar Township, Yangon.
