HR Supervisor (For a Foreign FMCG Manufacturing Company)

Job Descriptions

  • Prepare and calculate the daily/monthly status report for attendance data such as late, leave and OT.
  • Monthly overtime calculation & payroll supporting, making pay slip, withdrawal monthly salary from HO for MAF employee.
  • Deal with Government office such as labor office for employment contract or other submission as necessary.
  • Master employee profile in updating and prepare for employee name card & bank
    account.
  • Arrange & assist to HR Manager for recruitment process & annual training program as planned.
  • Support the orientation training for the new comer of employees and update records of new staff.
  • Prepared local employees lists & foreign employee lists to send email to OSSC labor section every month.
  • Monitor staff leave balance and ensure that employees follow the leave policy.

Requirements

  • Any Bachelor Degree.
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Management.
  • Must have 3 years experience in related field.
  • Through knowledge of social security law & any laws related to payment of salary knowledge of payroll information requires and payroll experiences.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office and ability to process functions and formulas in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficient in both English & Myanmar languages with strong written & verbal skills.

Other information

  • Salary: MMK 600,000 + Ferry provide
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM)
  • Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
  • Working Location: Thingangyun Township, Yangon
