Responsibilities
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR Functions and Duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support
- Compile and update employee records
- Prepare documentation and prepare reports relating to staffing, recruitment and training
- Assist in payroll calculation by providing relevant data, absence
Requirements
- Any Bachelor Degree
- Proven (2) Years service experiences as a HR Assistant or HR Staff
- Computer Usages Skill (MS Office in particular)
- Basic knowledge of Myanmar Labor Law
- Excellent organizational skill
- Strong communication skills
Other Information
- Salary: 400,000 MMK
- Benefits: Bonus, Health, Condolence, Congratulatory, Overtime allowance, SSB and other allowance
- Provide: Ferry (or) Transportation fees, Uniform, Laundry Service
- Working days: Monday to Friday (8AM to 5PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Mandalay
