Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee record management, attendance and leave tracking, and respond to routine HR queries.
- Support payroll preparation, ensure Social Security Board (SSB) contributions, and assist with personal income tax compliance (PITax)
- Support performance appraisal cycles and prepare basic HR reports for management review and Head Office HR Managers.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs with Head Office Senior HRs, conduct onboarding/orientation sessions, and maintain accurate training records.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the concerned manager.
Job Requirements
- Any Graduated
- Minimum 2 years of experiences in related field. (Prefer more HR training and development programs’ knowledge experience is a plus)
- Experience in a foreign company is preferred.
- Good understanding of Myanmar Labor Law and HR basic functions, practices.
- Must have intermediate English level (all 4 skills)
- Can use Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power point, Email & Internet)
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 600,000
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM to 4:30 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Bahan Township, Yangon.
