Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, HRIS management, and employee engagement.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Proficiency with HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in planning and executing CSR initiatives is a plus.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 900,000 ~ 1,100,000
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday Half Day
- Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Off Days: Saturday Half Day, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Yankin Township, Yangon.
