Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, HRIS management, and employee engagement.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
• Proficiency with HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in planning and executing CSR initiatives is a plus.

Other Information

• Salary: MMK 900,000 ~ 1,100,000
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday Half Day
• Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• Off Days: Saturday Half Day, Sunday & Public Holidays
• Working Location: Yankin Township, Yangon.
