Responsibilities
- Arranging the affairs of employees.
- Assisting in necessary parts related to labor relations & government relations.
- Arrange transportation & checking fuel & daily payment.
- Any other duties assigned by Senior.
- Assist in administering progressive discipline policy and procedures.
- Claim the ferry charges weekly.
- Claim the meal charges for night shift employee as per attended and shift plan.
- Prepare the meal charges for the canteen.
- Ferry arrangement.
- Prepare the documents for all government report such as salary report, leave report, OSH report.
- SSB Process (Labor report, new registration applies, and billing process).
- Labor Office report.
- Assisting senior to prepare monthly payroll process.
- Purchase Office Supply, Cleaning Supply & Stationary.
- Checking car rental contract.
- Tax report to MTO2 and stamp duty process.
- Support for recruitment.
- Support for Audit process (Document checking, updating the HR/admin procedure).
Requirements
- Any Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft (Word, Excel)
- Good communication and negotiation skill
- Able to work with team
Other information
- Salary: MMK 600,000 + Ferry & Lunch Provided
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (7:30 AM to 4:30 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Hlaing Thar Yar Township, Yangon.
