Requirements

1. Any Graduated / HR Diploma
2. Minimum 3 years experience with (Development )HR Manager
3. Can develop appropriate training plans for staff development
4. Must maintain the good work culture of the company
5. Able to develop appropriate Carrier Plans for employee development
6. Collaborate with relevant departments to conduct Performance Appraical and review
7. Improve the hiring process for new employees
8. Must have Decision Making Skills
9. Must be able to develop the entire organization as well as change management
10. Ability to review employee KPI metrics

Other Information

1. Salary: Negotiable + Ferry Provided +++
2. Working Days: Monday to Saturday (8:00AM to 4:00PM)
3. Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
4. Working Location: Hlaing Thar Yar Township, Yangon
