Requirements
- Any Graduated / HR Diploma
- Minimum 3 years experience with (Development )HR Manager
- Can develop appropriate training plans for staff development
- Must maintain the good work culture of the company
- Able to develop appropriate Carrier Plans for employee development
- Collaborate with relevant departments to conduct Performance Appraical and review
- Improve the hiring process for new employees
- Must have Decision Making Skills
- Must be able to develop the entire organization as well as change management
- Ability to review employee KPI metrics
Other Information
- Salary: Negotiable + Ferry Provided +++
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (8:00AM to 4:00PM)
- Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Hlaing Thar Yar Township, Yangon
