HR Manager (For a Well-Established Local Group of Companies)

Job Descriptions

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to hiring, and oversee the onboarding process.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and resolve workplace issues.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
    Compensation and Benefits: Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and compensation plans.
  • HR Policies: Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • HR Metrics: Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Must have 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a strategic role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Other information

  • Salary: MMK 1,200,000 (Lunch Provided)
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
  • Off Days: Sunday & Public Holiday, Saturday Alternate
  • Working Location: Kamayut Township; Yangon
