Job Descriptions
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to hiring, and oversee the onboarding process.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and resolve workplace issues.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems.
- Training and Development: Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Compensation and Benefits: Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and compensation plans. - HR Policies: Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
- HR Metrics: Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Must have 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a strategic role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Other information
- Salary: MMK 1,200,000 (Lunch Provided)
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Sunday & Public Holiday, Saturday Alternate
- Working Location: Kamayut Township; Yangon
