Requirements

• Degree in Any Discipline
• At lease 7 years of experience in Human Resource field with minimum 3 years experience in management level.
• Strong Experience in IT or Software Development Industry is a must
• Have experienced in Talent Sourcing and management of software developers is necessary.
• Previous experience in setting up of HR Department is a plus
• Well-versed in Myanmar HR laws, Regulations and Practices
• Able to Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity and productivity.
• Proficient in English language and possesses an excellent interpersonal skills
