Responsibilities
- Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings
- Implement, review, and revise existing / new HR policies, manuals, and procedures and ensure compliance with the legal requirements.
- To provide timely advice on HR policy and procedure and good practices with the aim to enhance employee communication, engagement and performance.
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters. Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, such as recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and team-building activities.
- Prepare monthly HR reports and advise Management on HR-related matters.
Requirements
- Degree /Diploma in Human Resource Management or any relevant discipline in HR.
- Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist experience and 3 years of HR Management.
- Strong knowledge of HR trends and local manpower regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able communicate effectively with people at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address HR issues and challenges.
- People orientated and must be a very hands-on person.

- Salary: 1,500,000 MMK
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working Location: Mingalar Taung Nyunt Township, Yangon.
