ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data
  • Maintain calendars of HR management
  • Post job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
  • Schedule job interviews and assisting in interview process
  • Ensure background and reference checks are completed
  • Prepare new employee files
  • Orient new employees to the organization (setting up a workstation, email address etc.)
  • Serve as a point person for all new employee questions
  • Process payroll, which includes

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Relevant or similar experience (at least 3 years) is a must
  • Bachelor’s degrees is a must
  • Strong interpersonal skill is a must
  • Good Chinese and Myanmar speaking and writing is a must
  • Need English 4 skills

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Reporting skills, Maintaining employee files, Dependability, Organization, Confidentiality, Verbal Communication,Teamwork, Microsoft office skills, Scheduling
  • Working Hour : Monday to Friday (9AM to 5PM) Saturday (9AM to 1PM)
  • Location : Mayangone Township, Yangon.
