Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR executive or higher post.
Degree in Human Resources or related field
Fluency in English
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
In-depth knowledge of labor law.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Conducting recruitment/exit interviews and recording them accordingly
Facilitating newcomers joining formalities
Reviewing & updating job descriptions for all positions regularly
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Handling monthly payroll and yearly forms for employees.
Access training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Communicating and explaining the organization’s HR policies to the employees
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Understand and adhere to all pertinent labour laws
Work Location- Thingangyun Tsp: Yangon
Working Days & Time- Mon to Fri – 8: 30 AM to 6: 30PM
