Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Selection process for all requirement position on job advertisement.
- Job analyst for new applicant, job description, job requirement.
- Compensation and benefit process, performance evaluation working environment.
- HRIS system and employment contract process.
- Participating in meetings, investigations and consultations with employee.
- Management for all employee safe and secure workplace.
Requirements
- Any Bachelor’s degree
- HR Diploma or Certificate holder is more prefer.
- Minimum 2 year of relevant experience and a good understanding of HRD.
- Proven work experience as similar role.
- Strong research, organizational and planning skills, counselling, negotiation skill.
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office-Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines and standard accepted practices.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 500,000 ~ 600,000
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (8:00 Am to 4:30 PM)
- Off Day: Sunday and Public Holidays
- Working Location: Thanlyin Township, Yangon.
