Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies, managing the hiring process, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Handling employee grievances, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Managing employee benefits programs, ensuring competitive compensation packages, and handling payroll and related administrative tasks.
- Identifying training needs, developing and coordinating training programs, and fostering employee growth and development.
- Developing, implementing, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Any graduate/Diploma in HR
- Minimum 3 years of work experiences with HR & Admin Supervisor Level.
- Knowledgeable in HR regulations and labor laws.
- Able to develop and implement HR policies well.
- Good understanding of payroll and be able to calculate.
- Must be able to enter and exit departments.
- Excellent communication skill and negotiation skill.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 800,000
- Working Day: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Kamaryut Township (Near Hledan Center).
